We want you to be fully confident before you enrol in AI Builders Academy. This policy explains our position on refunds and cancellations.

1. Free demo before you buy

We offer a free demo to every prospective student before enrolment. We strongly encourage you to take the demo and ask any questions so you are completely clear on what the course includes before making a payment.

2. Non-refundable digital course

Because our course is a digital product that provides immediate access to learning materials, mentorship, and resources upon enrolment, all fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and access has been granted. This is standard practice for digital educational products, as the materials cannot be “returned.”

3. Cancellations

If you decide not to proceed before making payment, there is nothing to cancel and no charge applies. Once payment is completed and course access is provided, the enrolment is considered final.

4. Exceptional circumstances

If you believe your situation is exceptional (for example, a duplicate payment or a technical error during payment), please contact us promptly. We will review genuine cases fairly and on an individual basis.
